- Government GST as applicable.
- Maximum double occupancy is allowed per room.
- Check in time 1400 hrs & Checkout 1200 hrs.
- Early Check-In & Late checkout available at nominal charges, subject to availability.
- The above terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
- The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel, It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driver’s License, Voters Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card. Local ID's may not be accepted including Unmarried Couples
- In case of Foreign Nationals valid passport & VISA copy in original must be required at the time of check in process. Hotel is authorized to deny those reservations who failed to present the Passport & VISA extended to the concern person with 100% retention charges for the reservation.
- Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking request.
- Payment: We accept all major Credit & Debit Card i.e., Master, Visa except American Express.
- Retention charges would be levied in case of guaranteed Reservation turns out a No-show or last moment cancellation.
- Guest must provide a blank signed cheque in favour of Patria Suites to cover recovery against missing or damaged items.
- Loss of key will be charged extra @ Rs. 500/- per lost key.
- Butler service is provided on chargeable basis @ Rs. 1000/- per day.
- Laundry charges would be extra on actual basis.
- Fresh linen will be supplied once in the beginning of the stay.
- Suites are cleaned once a day, for the guests attending marriages the cleaning will be done in presence of occupants only.
- 1 Lire drinking water bottle is complimentary per guest per day, additional bottle can be provided on chargeable basis.
- Services and amenities used are subject to availability as per prevalent circumstances. No claim shall be entertained for the same.
- List of all the items along with the price is provided in each apartment is mentioned in Form no. 2.
- Occupant is requested to verify the contents of the suite with Form no. 2 before signing itat the time of checking in the suite.
- Occupant is requested to inform at least 20 minutes before check out, in order to enable housekeeping staff to check the apartment in presence of customer.
- At the time of check out rates of each missing or damaged items will be charged as per form no. 2.
- Management’s decision would be final in any matters or disputes related to PATRIA.
- The entire premises is strictly NON-SMOKING. If you choose to smoke, you will be charged Rs.3000/- maintenance charge.
- Any illegal activity noticed on the premises shall be immediately reported to the concerned governing authority.
- Consumption of ALCOHOL is strictly PROHIBITED in the premises.
- Non-Vegetarian Foods including Eggs are strictly prohibited in the premises.
- Rights of admission in the room for the guest's other then the registered room occupant to the sole discretion of the management.
- We require 100% payment in advance for booking confirmation.
- The above-mentioned rates are not applicable for Holi, Janmashtami, Diwali and 30th & 31st Dec
- We do not allow any outside food, beverages & liquor inside the premises.
- Management’s decision would be final in any matters or disputes related to PATRIA.
- All dispute and legal implications are subject to Rajkot jurisdiction.
